The QESTConcrete  suite of products is designed to be used in conjunction with QESTLab, and provides tools to allow concrete producers to use the quality control data and reports from QESTLab (in addition to mix design, material cost and other data stored in the concrete producer's various systems) to design, optimise, manage and adjust concrete mixes easily and quickly, leading to significant savings in concrete production costs.

QESTMix

QESTMix is a concrete mix maintenance software package for the concrete production industry. It allows concrete producers to centrally manage and adjust a large number of related or unrelated concrete mixes quickly and easily, leading to significant savings in concrete production costs. Mix and material cost histories are maintained and sophisticated mix cost reports are available.

 

QESTDesign

The QESTDesign module is an extension to and requires the QESTMix system. It assists concrete producers in designing new mixes and optimising existing ones. It uses sound mix design principles as well as producer's existing mix design, quality control and performance data to analyse existing mix designs and recommend modifications. New mixes can also be designed.

 

QESTMonitor

The new QESTMonitor module requires QESTLab. It uses data from QESTLab and QESTMix to automatically assess key parameters (such as concrete strength, density, yield, combined and individual material gradings, batch quantities and testing frequencies), raise alerts if results fall outside predefined or statistical limits, and make recommendations for mix adjustments. The sensitivity of the system to each key parameter can be adjusted according to the desired safety and risk profile by grade and mix family— allowing, for example, higher safety margins for high strength and project mixes.
